Privacy policy

About this policy

This policy explains what MatchdayNow (the main website and the livescore website) collects and how it is used when you visit, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

No accounts

You can use the site without signing up. We don't ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Data needed for the site to work (stored in your browser)

These only remember your settings, stay in your browser and need no consent:

• The "NEXT_LOCALE" cookie remembers your language (Thai/English)

• The "mdn_consent" cookie remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies (about 6 months)

• "theme" in localStorage remembers your light/dark theme

• LocalStorage remembers the teams you follow and your match list layout

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

If you press "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google LLC to count visits and see which pages people use, so we can improve the site. If you don't, nothing is loaded from or sent to Google.

Google Analytics collects things like the pages you view, time spent, device and browser type, approximate country or city, and the site that referred you, using the "_ga" and "_ga_*" cookies (up to 2 years). Google Analytics 4 does not log your IP address.

Google signals and advertising features are switched off. The data may be processed on Google's servers outside Thailand.

You can change your mind any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. When you decline, we stop collecting and delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

The livescore site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.

Server logs

When you open a page, our servers and network provider may briefly log your IP address, the time and the page requested — only for security, to stop attacks and to fix problems.

Links to other sites

Some news items and links take you to the original publisher's site, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may withdraw consent, ask to access or delete your data, object to its use, and complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). As there are no accounts, most data lives in your browser and you can delete it yourself by clearing cookies and site data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The last-updated date is at the top of this page.
